put a pic of him but just because ur dog has different fur and ears and stuff, doesn't mean hes not a dog. he could be a mix breed. dogs are  different and that's what makes them special, many ppl would want a dog if every one had the same one. its good that urs if different. he may not be like other dogs but hes still a dog and u should love him for that. or it could just be that  hes going through some changes in fur color and stuff and it l8r may become gold.
