James Dobson's "Focus on the Family" posted a video on its homepage asking followers to pray for "rain of biblical proportions" to disrupt the Democratic National Convention and ruin Obama's outdoor acceptance speech.

The weather was beautiful

But God did send a hurricane - a "rain of Biblical proportions" that has disrupted the Republican National Convention.

Do you think God is trying to tell them something??

I was actually thinking this very same thing...

but now, the GOP wants to use the hurricane as a platform for the convention.  McShame will deliver his acceptance speech from 'somewhere in the gulf coast." They are holding fundraisers instead of platform parties, and Bush and Cheney are trying to lead, rather than go on vacation.

ummm.... I never try to second guess GOD.  He knows his plan and we have to trust.  We cannot beg or bargain with him.  He knows the plans he has for us and how it relates or not to the hurricane, only He knows.

Not really meaningful, but ironic for sure.  Focus on the family should look at Governors Palin's daughter as how teaching only abstinence is clearly irresponsible.

James Dotson is not a christian, it is awful . You see you have to be careful what you pray for ,you might get it or might not but sometimes it come at a time you don't want it
