  1. i'm 6'5" and at my peak i weighed 285lbs and had a 34" waist, i could press over 900 with my legs, bench press close to 350 and 1 arm curls were 100.

I didn't get that way over night it took a LOT of hard work and time and protein

in my opinion a gym is well worth the time and money they will be able to help you out and provide you with more info on muscle and mass building

have a look at the links below to help you get started

  2. That doesn't sound to accurate to me. i think you can do it. Just start off at a reasonable wight, you don't want to hurt yourself. beware of rectal prolapse, its pretty harsh.

  3. to get strong you have to lift heavy weights and eat right .  Genetics help but there is  nothing you can do about that

  5. first off how old are you?

and no everyone has a starting point. most bodybuilders were really skinny when they were young, they just lifted right and ate right and got the right amount of sleep. make sure you do less reps and more sets (ex. 4 sets of 4-6 reps)

  6. interesting

  7. your absolutely right !!

  8. Absolutely not, Whereas genetics do play a role in how strong you are they do not prevent you from becoming strong or even participating in power lifting. Go to the gym and stay motivated.  Don't even worry about genetics. Keep training hard and making sure you get plenty of rest. Just because someone has good genetics it means nothing if that person isn't will to train properly.

  9. gIVe me the moneys and i making you for stronger

  10. Well, genetics certainly have a big effect on your body's performance, but you can definitely overcome it by training.
