I'm checking out the commentary following Palin's speech last night and am surprised (no, really I am) to see the type of comments that are crawling out of the woodwork. After getting past the nasty toned rhetoric made so popular by the likes of Michael "oughta try a salad" Moore, I have seen several posts that look surprisingly like the following:

"I votgn for OBAMA since I are losted my job. it am bushs fault and i mad to not be get a job. No mccaine, since mccane not no change and i need change to have a job."

I have this suspicion that these people are actually deluded into thinking that the reason they lost their job is by a concerted effort from the GOP as opposed to the fact that (I think) their employer just finally realized they had hired a stupid $%&^* and just cleaned house.

I suppose my question is: Even if Obama gets elected, don't they realize that prospective employers will still know these people are unemployable? How will this change things?

  1. Democrats and their constituents are coming off as dumb and dumber to the masses.

  2. I am a lifelong Dem but I am a moderate and the Dem Party left us behind about 20 yrs ago, when Howard Dean took over the Dem National Committee.  Its how Bush got elected twice, moderate Dems found him to be the better candidate TWICE.  Now the Dem Party is trying to play a political correctness card which is pretty offensive because they trashed women on the way to that.  The Dem Party has become the party of racism, agism and sexism.  How did we get there? Obama is about Change???  How do you pair someone like Biden into that?  Biden to Obama is like Cheney is to Bush.  Biden will do all of that work and Obama will be a celebrity spokesperson.  McCain/Palin is the closest thing we have ever had to a 3rd party candidate who can get elected.  McCain scares the c**p out of conservatives and liberals and I am tired of them and all the noise them make.  I am voting for McCain and Palin.

  3. Do you honestly think things will be better with Mccain in the white house?  The man has admitted he has little knowledge of economics.  That is exactly what we do not need in a leader when our nation is at its worst off economically since the great depression.  The man has done the exact thing that we are now crucifying Senator Edwards for.

He was involved in one of the biggest banking scandals in our nations history the Keating 5.  He claims to be an American hero and all but if it were not for his father he would have surely received an dishonorable discharge from the Navy for his disservice in the 1960s.  Under Bush we have started 2 Wars and there are rumors that Bush was behind the crisis in Georgia.  Mccain in his campaigns has stated that there will be more wars.  Is this man America's Hitler?

  4. Seriously, I can't get past the 'oughta try a salad' comment.  You got nasty in the same sentence you accused others of being nasty.

    Not worthy of further reading.

    Hypocrite.

  5. Operating a computer, being able to navigate to, log on, and make entries into Yahoo Answers indicates a level of intelligence or at least computer literacy.  They're not unemployable.  It's more than likely that someone is trying to funny by making entry's like the one you mentioned.  Many people treat this site as a place to get a laugh.
