USA can't even whip the Flint-Stone fighters in Afghanistan (Size of Texas) let alone Russia twice the size of the USA.

  1. Our military would EASILY destroy the Russian Military if it needed to.  But right now we are bogged down fighting a civil war for the Iraqies.

Study some history.  Russia invaded Afghanistan and got their butts handed to them.  We defeated the "army" and now are fighting people crossing back and forth over the Pakistan border.  Russia didn't even have that excuse.  If they were so great, they'd still be in Afghanistan.  And all those states that broke away after the collapse of the USSR would still be theirs.  No one here is shaking like a leaf.

  7. In a conventional war the U.S. could take Russia to it's knees. We can't have this kind of war, which the U.S. military is trained to fight, in Afghanistan because we aren't at war with Afghanistan, we are at war with the Taliban.
