Well if you living in Mumbai then you should know that as monsoon begins that is from June onwards rates of areas dreases. So wait for some time in this time find out the right place to buy home I mean a specific area where you can get all your daily life requirements & service. If you want to buy house on a beach side so dont do that first it is so expensive & second thing is the hot air which flows from sea to city in daytime in evening you can feel better because in evening air become cold.

    It is upto you where you want to stay in Mumbai. I stay in Thakur Village, Mumbai & it is wonderfull place to live. There is some construction is going on in our area where you can get some idea. No this is not the right time to buy a house.The property rates have climbed to historic levels and I feel a correction is around the corner.You would rather wait for the correction rather than get cheated now.The existing prices cannot be sustained and have to correct.So if possible wait for atleast a couple of months more.
