Is this the right way to put my contacts in.?

Ok so this is what i do.I look up put my contacts on the white part of my eye then slide them up a little and then blink like 5 times and there usually fit.my doctor said to look up pace it on the white part then look down and blink.I have also tried placing the contact directly on my pupil its just that my eyes have a tendency of moving up or just blinking.so is my way ok?

As long as they go in and it works for you...it's all good.

Many people develop their own habits and tricks to doing it...but as long as it goes in and stays in , it's fine.
