Is this the right weight?

I'm in 7th grade and i'm 5'0 ft. and i weigh 89 pounds. All my friends say they weigh less then me, but i work out 5 days a week. i have a lot of muscle. is this the right weight?

  2. just push more sh*t out of ur as*. it'll take some pounds off  of u in 5min. depending on how much u ate..the more pounds will go off. good l**k xDDDD i mean luck xDDDD looooooool

  3. I would say that 88# is a little thin but you mention that you are involved with a lot of working out. If you have an adviser at the gym you work out at I would bring this up to them. Working out is a really good habit to get into and you seem to doing a good job at it. I would add meditation and yoga to your work out routine, it is really good for you and is good to get into a habit when you are young. I also enjoy belly dancing and hula dancing, this is also good for you and breaks up your routine and you have a lot of fun. Good luck to you and do not over do it.
