Yes, maybe that's how it was when Jesus Christ, the son of Joseph and Mary was born somewhere in your vicinity. Not the Jesus of the Bible, mind you. Otherwise, the tall wise man wouldn't have said that name if that happend in Bethlehem. He wouldn't have known about the Bible Jesus Christ then.
