Is this thing serious?

my t******e skin is dry.

you can feel it is rough.

and 1 t******e is hanging higher than the other.

is anything wrong?

This is normal, and you just need to keep your t******e skin lubricated and eventually it'll be smooth and soft. It is perfectly normal, for one t******e to be higher than the other. It is intended to be this way to keep you from injuring yourself when walking or doing activities. Hope this helps.

You are either using soap that is drying out your skin or you aren't bathing properly.  No matter what else you do, you won't fix this problem until you correct this.  Use lotion ot moisturizer, but stay away from mineral oil products.  

We all hang unevenly.  It would be tough to walk if they were side-by-side.  No problems, you're normal.
