i believe it is there was a man in the 80's that made his VW dune buggy run on nothing but water and he was offed 1 billion to sit on it and he didn't he later was poisoned check out it on you tube they still have the news reports on it

they've been trying to make different knid of cars all the time.

solar power (though it had to be very very small, and if it's cloudy. that sucks)

water (you've seen it)

self powered. you driving would run a physical powered battery and power itself while you drive. (didn't work very well, because they couldn't get it to make equal power that was being used)

the canola oil one. you've seen i am sure.

compressed air, which would actually compress the air that hits the car while you drive. ( i think )

so i'm not really surprised about this,

i hope they release in america though.

i'm sure it would be a lot of money though.

Of course it is.....    It's pie in the sky.  If there was a viable product like this on the market...  They couldn't keep enough on the shelves.  The makers would be the next Bill Gates...  And nobody would care about what is happening in the Middle East...
