  1. It's not enough! Where's the protein? You didn't mention any meats in your Subway sandwich OR pita sandwich. Really not enough fruits and veggies either. Lettuce and cucumbers don't have that much nutritive value.

  2. ty this website out and it will give calorie limits, foods that you need more of and even menu plans and it is free

  3. It is not a balanced meal. You need to stop using the carbs(bread) to fill you stomach. You need protein and can get that through beans, lentils. Eat some other vegetables, carrots, broccoli, beans, peas, zucchini, etc. with more fiber and density to fill your belly. You may want to add some variety and increase the amount of fruit you are eating. A single apple in the day is insufficient. Dietary requirements are between two to four pieces daily. You keep this up and you will be cranky and last in your diet long. Replace the pita and english muffin with a wasa cracker or brown bread. Rye is even more acceptable than white. Good luck!

  4. Number of calories?  Can't tell, you've not given enough data to tell.

In my book, it's wrong kind of food - mostly carbs, mostly bread,  almost no protein, skim milk is mostly sugar, etc . . .

I'd look into Atkins, if I wanted to lose weight.

  5. You need to get the protein you need between meals.

You need to eat a balanced meal each meal, serving size only.

You are going to get tired of the way you are doing it.

Three balanced meals. Portioned to serving size only.  Protein snacks in between.

At least 6-8 glasses of water a day.

  6. You need more protein. Try adding ham or turkey to your subway sandwich at lunch, and then some kind of meat at dinner. Fish, chicken, turkey, pork (if you can eat it), etc. White meats and fish are fine, but eat red meats sparingly.

If you don't eat meat, you need to find another way to get protein in your diet.
