Question:

Is this too much dairy today?

For breakfast i ate oats porrige made with skim milk and water

2 green teas (so far coz i drink like 5ish)

whole grain crackers with one slice of low fat cheese

2 rice cake sandwiches with vegemite spread (go aussi! lol) only 20 cal each cake

yoghurt with pumkin, sun flower seeds and nuts mixed in

one pear

my mum is cooking lental and veggie soup for dinner

Have i eaten waaaay too much and too much dairy too? :-/

  1. Dairy is not meant to be digested by the human digestive system...Unless its breast milk. Thats why people are lactose intolerant, ..But not to breast milk!

    If you aren't running to the bathroom and have no cholesterol issues, its ok!

  3. no. Looks like you need more fruit , veggies, whole grains and fiber  for the day.You need three servings of dairy a day. The web site is usefull,not sure if you can get it in Australia. If not google the food pyramid

  4. Skim milk and low fat cheese? Yeah, that's clearly waaaay too much dairy. I can see why you'd be worried. Luckily, I don't think you had quite enough to kill you so you should be just fine.
