For breakfast i ate oats porrige made with skim milk and water2 green teas (so far coz i drink like 5ish)whole grain crackers with one slice of low fat cheese2 rice cake sandwiches with vegemite spread (go aussi! lol) only 20 cal each cakeyoghurt with pumkin, sun flower seeds and nuts mixed inone pearmy mum is cooking lental and veggie soup for dinner Have i eaten waaaay too much and too much dairy too? :-/
