cereal all bran .grapes and blueberries,nuts,some chips,a sandwhich and the bad part 4 cookies

  1. No, it doesn't sound like enough.  If you're watching your weight, try leaving out the chips .... and cookies.  Maybe eat a salad with some protein for dinner.

  9. excuse me? this is way below your required daily intake, whether you're an adult or child. my daily diet goes like this:

    breakfast: 2 slices of bread, 1 egg and 1 tuna

    morning tea break: a sandwich

    lunch: a burger and some biscuits/ one plate of noodles or rice

    afternoon tea break: 1 slice of bread and some biscuits

    dinner : 1 plate pasta /rice

    you're eating too little.
