I am about 5'1" or 5'2" and weigh like 105lbs.

This is what I ate for breakfast today which is pretty good considering I usually eat more. LOL. Today is a weekday so I usually eat less for breakfast than I would on a weekend. God, on a weekend I'm like a beast or something. Lol.

--Rice like maybe half a cup.

--Toast- It was not normal bread like a large round circular loaf. It was multigrainular though.

--Container of yogurt

--cereal

--milk

--fruit

--pancakes (2) w/butter and syrup

  1. Your at a normal healthy weight.

So it isn't bad to eat a lot sometimes :)

    Always reward yourself.

  2. you can pack it down. but no if you watched the michael phelps swim they listed off this crazy list of what he eats, and it all depends on your metabolism if you are on the move and very active you are fine if you are just sitting around its bad. you should stop eating when you are full, so as long as you are not pushing yourself you are fine

  3. I'll put it this way.  That would describe the calories I have for breakfast and I'm a 265lb powerlifter.

  4. My only advise to you is that as you pacdk all these in you should exercise moderately if u don't. But considering all you eat and your weight, your metabolism seems to be high. So be happy and remember exercise even if its just walks.

  5. Hi if you don't become fat of all the eating i will say its fine you get people that has a fast metabolism and burn calories fast. Secondly your breakfast is quite healthy (maybe loose the pancakes) and little less yogurt

  6. A big breakfast is actually recommended since you'll need the energy during the day as long as you eat a small dinner. It may even help you loose weight since you are using up the energy you've gained during the day.

  7. For optimal health and weight control your first or second meal should be the biggest of the day, not the last.  This is because you don't want all that energy to hit your body when you are sleeping because you don't need it then, so it will be converted and stored.  As long as you are not eating a huge dinner you could even eat a bigger breakfast and still be very healthy.
