Is this too much fruit eaten In one day?

Half cup blueberries

Cup of strawberries

And one cup of yogurt low fat?

  1. No, fruit is healthy that should be fine. I eat more fruit than that sometimes lol.

  3. I just read a book about food&diet and I founded that you need to eat just a fruit per day because it has the same quantity of sugar like sweets. You should eat your favorite fruit at 17:00 and then your dinner at 19:00. But remember: just one per day!  

  4. no you have not even had your five aday here unless you suffer diabetes you can eat as much fruit as you like although bananas are high in potassium so limiting them slightly is worth while but fruit will do you no harm

  5. You should be ok with that. Just remember that their is natural sugars within fruit that can be bad for you if over-eaten.

  6. Yes!

    Not many people realise that you should not have more than 2 serves of fruit per day because fruit contains sugar, although it is natural sugar, it is still sugar...

    Strawberries are low cal. you could get away with about 8 per day..

    Try this for a week and see the difference.

    Yogurt is pretty high cal.. steer clear!
