Is this too much make up?

Question

I wear foundation, and bronzer on my cheek bones (i am extremely pale..) and mascara.

i dont exactly like make up, but i am self concious with out it.. mainly due to skin problems.......

It's not too much makeup.

However, it does depend on how much foundation you use. If it looks like it's caked on and starts to flake off during the day - then you can probably really tell that you're wearing makeup. I know that sometimes it seems like covering acne with a ton of makeup is a good idea, but it usually just looks worse.

So, if your makeup looks natural, then no, it isn't too much. However, if it is cakey and flakey, then its more of a personal choice - i know some people always need to cover problem skin, while other people feel okay without covering it. Whatever makes you feel more comfortable.

And good job on only applying the bronzer to cheek bones - that looks way more natural than putting it all over your face (like a few people I've seen!)

No, it's not too much.

It's not really about how many different kinds of makeup you use, it's how much OF it you do, and how well you blend it out.

Don't slather foundation all over the face. Put it where you need it, and blend out. As for mascara, keep it natural. There's nothing worse than those weighted-down, stick-straight, spidery-legged eyelashes that seem to carry an tube of the stuff each.

Well, make sure you don't wear too much foundation while you're young, you know if you cake it onto your face everyday imagine when you're older. You might be ruining your very delicate young skin with tons and tons of makeup.
