No. Seems to me she's wearing them for a scene look. If she's wearing foundation and eye shadow yes that'd be too much but she's doing this for fashion.

well i suppose it is a bit too much. for a twelve year old all you need is a pinky or transparent lip gloss, a light bronzer and maybe a thin line of eyeliner.
