I am 20 years old, 5'5, 138 lbs. I work out 3 to 4 times a week on my Bowflex and do cardio 6 days a week. I consume approximately 90 grams of protein a day. My diet is very clean, around 1300 calories a day. I drink plenty of water and get enough rest. I want to make sure I am not overloading on protein. I watch that I consume essential carbs and fat. Does this sound right? Any suggestions would be great.
