Ive started doing this about last week and i was wondering if its too much to do for me. I weight almost 100 pounds and i do this every other day.
Stretch, splits, wall splits, leg stretches, turns, fouetteys, split leaps, side leaps, switch leaps, 1, 8 count of high kicks for my right and left leg, can cans, fan kicks, russians heel grabs and then i stretch again and do my splits again.
Is this too much excersize and too much to be doing everyday or should i maybe be doing more?
please help
