Lunch:One peanut butter sandwich-320 caloriesOne peach-100 caloriesYogurt-150 caloriesDinner:One tuna fish sandwich- 400 caloriesCantaloupe- 200 caloriesTwo tootsie roll suckers- 100 caloriesA cup of baked beans- 260 caloriesIs that too big for lunch and dinner? I run 4 to 5 days a week and I also bike ride a couple days a week along with my run. I do lots of walking and my job keeps me moving all the time. I drink lots of water and only diet soda, two cans.
