Lunch:

One peanut butter sandwich-320 calories

One peach-100 calories

Yogurt-150 calories

Dinner:

One tuna fish sandwich- 400 calories

Cantaloupe- 200 calories

Two tootsie roll suckers- 100 calories

A cup of baked beans- 260 calories

Is that too big for lunch and dinner?

I run 4 to 5 days a week and I also bike ride a couple days a week along with my run. I do lots of walking and my job keeps me moving all the time. I drink lots of water and only diet soda, two cans.

  1. don't drink diet sodas, I mean it, it actually makes ur body worse and u gain weight and also intoxicate, drink tomato or carrot juice and I think the food is not 2 much

  2. Thats quite a bit for lunch and dinner

switch to low cal yogurt and non fat

dont add a lot of mayo to your tuna sandwich..

cantaloupe isnt that many calories, unless you ate the whole thing..

    dont eat the suckers..

and eat like half a cup of baked beans

breakfast should be larger.. like 400 calories

lunch 400 and dinner 300 and a couple snacks..

  3. No, that sounds just right to me dear.  : )

You do NOT need to loose any weight. You are gorgeous!

  4. Whoa!

    Hold up!

Did you know you're consuming over 1530 calaries just at lunch and dinner?

Not good. Breakfast would probably add more to that and snacks.

You should only have an intake of 1500-1800 calaries a DAY.

    And diet sodas, 2 CANS?

Diet sodas are even 'worse' and pack on the pounds way, more!

Cut out the sodas, and goto milk or juices, and water.

Also, the toostie roll suckers should be snacks/ a treat which you only have 2-3 times a week.

May I help you out a little with you're meal sheduale and just switch it up a little to be a little more healthier?

Lunch- 2 slices of whole wheat bread with 2 tbsp of light/ organic peanut butter. ( and or 1-2 tbsp of jam)

    with one peach.

There's no need for the yogurt.

    Finish you'reself off with water.

Or use a less fatening yogurt such as fat-free activia yogurt.

Dinner- 1 slice of whole wheat bread with white tuna ontop (open-faced) 1/2 cup of baked beans, 1/2 cup of fruit, and a sugar-free jello which only comes at 5 calaries.

Remeber, cut out those sodas! Replace them with vitamin water, juices or milk!

And only have tootsie rolls as a treat 2-3 times a week, and only have 1 !

    Hope this helps,

    And goodluck!

    - T :)

  5. It looks fine, but it wouldn't hurt to add some steamed or raw veggies in there either. There aren't a lot of vitamins in what you're eating.
