If you are 13 , Do you think thats too young to wear a little eyeliner on your bottom eye?

I'm 13 and my mom said till High School and she always says  that the girls that start wearing makeup  young are just trying to grow up to fast so no and I think you get wrinkles when you wear make up to young!=P

I'm 13 and it most certainly not too young! Everyone I know (that is my age) uses a tiny bit of eyeliner and thats considerd normal at my school. As long as its not dramatic, go for it!

(i just wear it on the top, because just wearing it on the bottom is kinda weird looking to me))

No way! You're 13, and all you want to wear is a little eyeliner? Some girls have a whole collection of makeup at the age of 11. A little eyeliner is perfect for your age. When I was 13 (1 year ago) all the girls wore eyeliner. It's normal. Try some lip gloss too. It'll look nice. Just make sure you don't overdo it.

your not too young. i'm 13, but i wear more than i little line of eyeliner. i started wearing eyeliner when i was 11. every girl in my grade wears eyeliner

that would look beautiful. just make sure you don't go over board. I started earing makeup late in the 4th grade.(lipgloss then eyeshadow in 5th) now i wear everything but 5th gade was a long time ago, lol

  Buy eye-makeup remover as well, so that you can cleanse before going to bed.  You'll do what you want to, anyway, wont you?  But removing it is important too.

No not at all, you can also try some lipgloss, just something to get your lips glossy but without like a real color i mean something you can't really notice. Actually Claire's has a lot of teenage makeup coming in keychains and other original things I am not a teen anymore but i just love to walk in and get something, you should go and check it out!

im 13 and no, i will only wear lipgloss / chap stick, occasionally mascara, and possibly blush but thats about it. im not really into make up

I reckon its fine to wear it out on occasions, But it also depends on the person wearing it too, in year 8 - some girls wear it and make it look ..undescent. But i dont recommend it for school ill say. But yeah, a little bit is fine.

im 13 and i wear eyeliner on the bottom of my eye. as long as you don't overdo it its okay. if you actually put it on the side of your bottom lid so that it is above your lashes it looks great.
