Phoenix gets ripped a little. Grant Hill is a perfect fit in Phoenix I don't think he'll get traded.

well yeah the mavs get alando tuker and grant hill while the suns get terry and jones it looks ok to me

I think it's pretty good.  Mavs get Barbosa (who is younger and at less money) for Terry who helps the Suns with long range shooting and can spell Nash at the point for 8-10 minutes a game and evenstart if Nash is injured.  Also, Barbosa can start next to Kidd or fill in for him the way Terry could for Nash.  Jones and Hill are done so that's pretty fair.  I don't know much about Tucker, but anytime a team gets a prospect, you never know what can happen.  Plus both teams have new coaches with new systems so it could work out even better for all.
