Is this trade fair or lopsided?

Question

I'm in a 18 player head to head league with a 50 IP rule and I really need so quality pitchers.

Team A Gets:

Ivan Rodriguez

Alex Gordon

Micah Owings

Team B:

James Shields

Jon Lester

So is it fair or lopsided?

Team B gets just a little too much. Shields and Lester are both really good pitchers, while Rodriguez, Gordon, and Owings are struggling. Rodriguez hasn't been hitting too well, Gordon is in a slump, and Owings has lost 6 straight.

Edit: it would make it fairer, but not by much... I think leaving out Lester will be better. Just get Shields, he's all you really need.

I think its pretty fair because Owings hasnt been doing anything lately which makes it basically a two for two deal.
