I've heard that sustained eye contact increases feelings of love regardless of the situation.  I don't think it's instant though.  It just increases over time.

Well I like to be in love with someone BEFORE I have s*x with them...but that's just me. I just think that looking intensely into someone's eyes is intimate...that's why you feel that way. It has been said that eyes are the window to the soul, so looking into someone's eyes can be romantic and exciting.
