It says that we can see two moons on 27th of august. What is the reality?

It's not 2 moons-- but Mars will be the closest than it has been in centuries, or even ever, so it will look like we have two moons.

My understanding is that this is a hoax or at best deceptive. In 2003 I think Mars was the closest to earth it has been for 50,000 years on Aug 27th.  Then it was way brighter than normal though it did not look "like the moon".  I was smaller and less bright.  And after that Aug 27th has no significance in any other year.
