If you have a felony in the U.S. you cannot visit or live in any other countries??

  1. You usually cannot.  It also depends on whether or not you get caught at the other country's border.


  2. If the country requires a visa, chances are that you will be declined.

  3. To visit you are definitely ok.  If you think they have enough time to check millions of people everyday in transit think again.  

    If you choose to live there, I agree with the other post; they will not check for felonies until the first time you get into trouble with police, tickets, misdemeanor activity, etc. you will be kicked off the roster whether it be a visa process or some other temporary condition.

  4. I have a felony conviction in the U.S.  Since then, I've been granted visas to more than a couple dozen countries on every continent except Antarctica.

  5. true if u are under probation i dont think you can but once you've done all your time i think you can
