Not.

It leaves open the possibility of the person handling the cash, making out receipts for a lesser amount and keeping the difference.  Leaves the door WAY open for fraud and money mis-handling.

You do not know if it is a good idea to have one person handle the money coming in and out?  You don't see thepotential for theft and no way to discover it?  Really?

These dutues should be separated.  Checks and balances.
