My friend says that if you kept your hair short for a very long time and you now want to grow your hair out longer, it will grow very slowly. She says that is what happened to her sister. He sister has had a chin length bob for 4 years.

That's not true.Your hair will grow longer and you might just have to trim it.

no. i had a friend who cut 5 INCHES off her hair. and it all grew out in about 3 months. it was crazy.

it depends on the person.

my hair doesn't grow extremely fast, but its not crazy slow, or fast for that matter

not true. its different for everyone. mabye its just in her faimily... if your hair already grows quickly is should still grow fast
