Very obvious fake. It's a bit cleverer than most, with its blinking eyes, but it's still fake. It moves like it's a head on a stick held by a guy lying under the window, which of course is what it is.

Note how the quality of the footage has been reduced to try and disguise the fact that it's a fake.
