Is this true with schools in costa rica?

that if i im a a 9th grader in usa and i go to school ther and they give me a test and i test bad thell but me in 6 grade? or do they go by age?

The public school education is so much better in other countries, that they can do that because our 9th grade education level is equivalent to their 6th grade. It is pretty sad.

age does not count you can be 100 years.
