I'm an engineer for a defense contractor and I just overheard one of our new "diversity" hires ask 'is "air defense" two words?' Would you want them designing your weapons systems?? Sorry but we aren't happy here with the hire, we are a bunch of super sharp people and "they" stick out like a sore thumb...

  1. Welcome to the wonderful world of affirmative action! Just wait, it get's much more better. haha.

  2. So your "diversity" policy requires you to hire dumb people?

You're not implying that there aren't intelligent people who are different than you, are you?  Because that would just be stupid.

  3. That type of question has absolutely nothing to do with "diversity".  And what the h**l is a "diversity" hire?  Are you referring to someone who is not white and male?  Are you saying that "they" (i.e. non-white, non-males) are incapable of being "super sharp"?  I doubt that they hired that person just because of color or ethnicity.  Due to fair hiring practices and EEO, all candidates still have to meet job requirements in order to get hired.

I have spent the past 16 years working with aviation and defense contractors and specialists, the majority of whom were old white guys.  Most of these people sounded just like you, and most of them also were incapable of writing a basic subject-verb-object sentence using proper English.  And these are the exact same people responsible for s******g up billions of dollars in federal funds because none of them can figure out how to add and subtract.  Considering that old white guys are still the ones in charge, I doubt that "diversity" is the problem.

  4. What the  heck it could be worse what if  he was your doctor or running fo pres>

  5. One problem with Affirmative Action and 'anti-racist' policies is the main qualification--race. One doesn't have to be a certain race AND well qualified. Diversity must be maintained at all costs. It doesn't have to work, it just has to look right. And if the positions of the players in this stupid game were reversed the complaints would be the same--and justified.

Imagine if 'minority' owned businesses had to hire whites in the order that they applied rather than according to qualifications! And maintain a certain number of them as employees at all times, again regardless of whether any of them qualified for the position or not (and imagine not being able to fire them, no matter what they did or did not do-- because of well justified fears of lawsuits). It would be seen as oppression, not diversity.
