for breakfast, almost everyday (has been for a while)ill have 3/4 cup of oatmeal, with a little skim milk splashed on top with some sweetner in there.. (no cal sweetner) and a fruit...i mean i just heard that oatmeal is meant for GAINING weightand i know the whole no cal sweetner isnt great but i cant have the sugars.so is this going to make me gain weight?its around 240 cal in just the oatmeal... please help!
