like it says gravy so is it vegan or does it have meat or somthing?

Everything Amy's makes is vegetarian and egg-free.  There certainly won't be any meat in the gravy.  And I've bought enough Amy's to know that if something is vegan, it will say so at the start of the ingredient list.  This has honey, so it isn't vegan.

You can also take a look at the symbols next to each product on the website.  There's one that indicates which products are vegan.

It depends on if the Gravy is made of a broth like chicken or beef stock. Then its not vegan, maybe still veggitarian. But other than that if the loaf doesnt have anything that comes from or was cooked with animal... its probably vegan.

I know Amy's products don't use any meat, but it doesn't have the little vegan sign by it, so I'm guessing it's not.

if u looked at the ingredients, you would know it contains honey.

All of Amy's meals are vegetarian, most are vegan. If you look at the top right side it has a key symbol chart stating which products are vegan, etc. According to the chart and ingredients list Amy's Veggie Loaf is not vegan because it contains honey. It is vegetarian though, and contains no meat.

Usually, Amy's products will say "vegan" on them. The veggie loaf appears to contain honey, so it isn't vegan.
