Is this vehicol a good deal or should i let it pass? Can it be used as a daily driver year around in indiana?

Its a 2000 masda miata LS, with 127,000 miles. has an origenal cluch with throwout berring noise, the EGR valve is slow sometimes, has a dime sized dot of rust beside the license plate and soem rust under the door facing the ground. also some stiching in the driver side seat has come out and it could use seat covers. at 3,750$ is this a good deal or not.

This is a good deal..... I have a 1990 Mazda Miata for $8000-
