This is going to be my workout routine. I have workouts set for 2 weeks, and I will be alternating them. I don't want to lose weight necessarily, but I do want to lost the extra fat I have. I'm 15, f, 5'3, and I weigh 132 lbs. Soon I will be starting karate on Tuesdays, and Thursdays, so that will replace my tuesday and thursday workouts. And soon for my ROTC class, I will have to do PT, so that will temporarily replace my Friday workout. Will this be too much a week for me?

1st week

Sunday: Self Defense

Monday: Step up, elbow-to-knee sit-up, mountain climber.

Tuesday: Rotation side lunge, push-up, and pelvic lift.

Wednesday: Repeat Monday:

Thursday: Repeat Tuesday

Friday: Repeat Monday

Saturday: Repeat Tuesday

Week 2.

Sunday: Self defense

Monday: Rollover lift, plank w/ leg raise

Tuesday: Bicycle (not bike), hover, and roll-up

Wednesday: Arm and leg extension, ab pike, and bicycle

Thursday: Rocket jump squat, bridge, and accordion crunch

Friday: Cross knee lifts, leg lifts, and curl ups.

Saturday: Rest.

  1. Well it also depends on the intensity and duration at which you do each activity. The variety of each activity is very good. For each day, give your self 30min - 1hr in the first beginning weeks, then increase the total time (not each individual activity). Split the activities evenly each day, to a set time. After 2-4 weeks adjust the total time to fit your current physical ability. Then as weeks go on you can feel that it gets easier, then amp up the duration of each.

  2. Grrr... i hate when those people copy and paste those scam websites! :P  Anyways, it does look like a lot of physical activity, but it sounds like you are very physically fit, which is good.  I wish i could do that much!  Just be sure that if you are going to be doing all of that physical activity, that you replenish your body.  That means taking in a decent number of calories ( the exact number depends on a lot of things, but i would say at least 2000 even to just maintain your weight).   And don't forget to stay hydrated!  Water is the best way to rehydrate your body, but sports drinks with electrolytes are ok too, especially since your routine looks so intense.  And don't be afraid to allow yourself a day of rest once in awhile. You deserve it!

    Good luck!
