How do i know if a website it safe or not? i got norton anti virus but i still dont want a virus

do you have aprogram called win rar if so download any thing you want from that site than it will show up on desktop open it, it will look like books then click scan for virus it should do fine if it doesnt have a virus if it does just delte it

also  norton isnt the best program i suegest useing a group of freeware programs i will ad links for them to make easy acces note these will be variable depending on your operateing system i will tell you wich are for what operating system

if you require any other info i will be glad to help sorry that i didnt put any mac items in but i have no personal mac firewall or anti virus experiance i have only givein you programs i have used and know work extreamly well espicaly the online armor it is what kept me virus free for over 3 years hope to your good luck with keeping virus free

its a virus, cause san andreas is not 8.6 kb, its more or less 3 and something gigabytes

a) Download Mozilla Firefox and install it

When I download it , its not GTA , but some text document files and .spf file

I scanned it with Kaspersky and nothing was found :)
