Is this website legitimate? www.usafis.org - its a green card lottery agency?

I'd really like to hear from people that have actually used this service. I bought a ticket in it and now I'm told its a scam, also I just found out you can enter yourself for free, but this agency claims your entry won't be rejected if it does win. This service has been around for a long time though, so surely someone must have won through it.

The green card lottery is not a lottery except in terms of result. You can enter your self - for FREE - if you meet the criteria specified.

Your application is entered into a draw - those valid entries drawn first - read the criteria - get a green card.

There are no tickets.

2009 is closed but you can try 2010 at http://www.dvlottery.state.gov/

Remember you do not have to pay for an entry

Did you answer something in an email? Then it was probably a fraud if you didn't contact them first.
