Is this website/program a scam?

I was wondering if anyone could tell me if this is a scam http://www.makemoneytakingsurveys.org/?hop=approve742 theres so many programs out there that claim to make money, can anybody tell me one that is real? now, if this website was a scam, why would they offer a money back garuntee....if it really was a scam wouldn't everyone that signed up just get a refund. Is there anyone out there that can help me find some real work at home oppertunites?? please help...thanks

Of course it's a scam.

Offering a money-back guarantee is great; try collecting on it.

Stay far, far away from this stuff.
