Is this website real or fake?

I was wondering if anyone has used or heard of the following web site as im not sure of its real or fake?

I am looking at maybe getting these trainers provided its not a hooky web site.

Again looking at the Adidas Superstar 35th Ann trainers too the price

seems cheap or is it just me - sample below

Speaking of footwear.  I just came across this site that is giving away FREE designer Flip Flops. I am asking the same question.  There are a few things that seem a bit suspicious to me:

1 - Can't find anything online about them

2 - They didn't ask for my delivery address (only wanted my postcode and town, not street number)

3 - I can't find a registered IP address for the domain

4 - The pages source code contains Chinese script (not sure if this is usual)

5 - They want a Paypal payment rather than debit/credit payment

I have just decided not to buy stuff from them until I get more answers
