  1. My body tingles at night when im relaxed.

  2. If its bothersome, talk to your doctor about it. they might give you something to help you relax at night.

  3. Not weird. It sounds like Restless Leg Syndrome to me. It's fairly common but you should talk to your doctor.

  4. You might have restless legs syndrome. Or it might just be your diet...that normally happens when you are low on potassium. Talk to your doctor about it. Either way it is easily treatable.

  5. i'm kind of the same, i always get restless at night, and some other random times, idk, it might be RLS, who knows.

  6. Like everyone said it's probably RLS. They will make you do a sleep study where they hook wires and stuff up to you and they monitor your sleep patterns and count the amount of times your legs twitch. Then the send the results you your doctor and they will make a diagnosis. They will probably give you a prescription for Mirapex for it. It's a tiny little pill you take every night before bed.

  7. Well, I have the same problem, only it happens with my whole body. A certain body part always seems to be twitching. I've asked someone about this and they told me it means your muscles are relaxing while you start to go to sleep. But in your case, since it's only your legs, it could be restless legs syndrome. Your best bet would be to ask a doctor.

  8. Sometimes my leg will twitch randomely when I'm lying in bed trying to sleep, or right after i wake up...

    Sorry, this probably dosen't help!
