Is this weird for a 13 year old girl?

i lik 2 play video games but more like sim games. but i have friends not that many so i never do stuff with them. i dont play video games alot but is it ok for me 2 i feel lik a nerd but i am not i like to reead and stuff am i a loser?

  3. its ok to play video games but u should take time to go out with friends..coz if u don't, u might just wake up  one day feeling lost..but i gotta say its alright to play this games, that doesnt make u nerd or loser..y dont u try network games and invite ur friends to join u..

  8. i love sims 2! also... but im not a nerd or loser... im in independent study but i still have friends so it doesnt make me a loser

  12. sweetheart, you are not a loser.  Anyone that wants to say so in my presence will learn to think otherwise.  Nerd?  By whose definition?  I've got more electronics in my CC (control center--inside joke) than most radio shack stores (and a lot more brains too).  Dad calls that room my 'electronic nightmare'.  I have close to (low estiamate) 9 grand in equipment, of which 98% or more is from picking up what others have thrown away (including whole systems).  I still play SimCity 2000, and prefer that over games that get graphic about blood and guts.  You're 13, you are unique, and be proud of that fact!  Anyone's opinion of you is just so much swamp gas, and smells about as good.  Weird?  Not nearly so.  I'm a big kid trapped inside an adult body.  How weird is that?

    (you should have seen me at 14..ugh, what a messed up kid)

  13. Yes! I have to admit I am a COMPLETE girly girl, but i still play video games and sims no joke! I love the wii! lol but ya its totally fine! Your not a nerd! I read all the time...that just means you care about being smart, and your not wasting your time! GOOD LUCK AND I HOPE I HELPED!

  15. Girl, No you are not a loser! Sims is a fun game! Believe it or not, you are not going to have all the same hobbies as your friends so don't worry about what they think. Just worry about what you think! Life is about enjoyment if you enjoy your game then you shall play it. Do not ever let people try to change the person you are because in the end you will lose yourself.

    Do your friends enjoy computer games to? If they do, invite them all over for a competition night!

    And reading is ace, as everyone has said here. I spent half my childhood with my nose in a book. My mum said I was even late being born as I was finishing a chapter LOL!

  21. im 13 too :] i love video games they rock...but i dont have sims my favorite system is game cube but im sad they dont make any new games...but its not like i play them everyday...maybe once a weeek around there...i like to read but im not a loser...i also like skateboarding, snowboarding, swimming, soccer....i play so many sports and im really athletic...so if you have a balance and you don't play video games everyday then you are not a loser...and i dont htink anyones a loser and it depends what you think of a loser.

  27. I'm 12 and pretty much the same. I love to read and write...and play the Sims 2. Most of my friends are older than me, so it's hard to really hang out with them. I'm pretty popular, but I don't have many close friends. Some people think I'm a "goody-two-shoes" or "geek" but it's what I like to do in my spare time, so if they aren't cool with it, whatever.

    You are soo NOT a loser. You rock!! :)

  29. No way there's nothing weird about it.  Many girls are into the sim games b/c they are story lines as opposed to games with violence.  If you feel like a nerd who cares!  As long as you are happy with yourself, that's the main thing!!
