ok. I have been having this crazy Idea, I had always wanted to have my own photography studio...(even dough I go t nursing school, and never took a class in photography) but that no matter now I guess,

I want to have a diferent perspective, like no poses or nothing..just naturale!! and exotic pics...no p**n, but s**y, you know something private for your bf or gf, DO YOU (EVERYONE) THINK THIS KIND OF BUSSINES WILL WORK?and if so what legal steps do I need to take? cause I do not want a 14 yold asking me to take that kind of pixs naither.!!

There are plenty of studios out there that perform that kind of service, so it can definitely work.  Other than not using minors, I don't think there are any special provisions beyond what assurance you might want to offer your customers so they know you won't misuse these, presumably, private photos.
