I've tried every diet & exercise to help me lose weight to no avail (I can make muscle easily though!).The only thing that has worked is if I don't eat past 7 (nothing!). It seems that even if I eat a lot before 7 I'm fine. If I eat a little but then eat after 7 I gain weight.I know they say you don't burn the food when you're sleeping but isn't that just odd??
