Is this weird???????

I can't go to sleep until 3 am and I get up at 1-2 pm. is this normal?

  2. It may be normal, it may not. Most teens do it during the summer though, your not alone.

    I am depressed lately, I am up all night worrying & sleeping in the morning.

  9. Yes, you got the summer sleeping virus lol. I'm pretty sure a lot of teens go through the same thing. I'm 16 and I do that too and school's around the corner. Bah gotta get up early again!! :/ Oh well at least I won't be as bored.

Surprising enough yes it is normal for you to adopt those hours.  I personally don't go to bed until while after the sun goes up, and get up about six pm.  Everyone develops their own sleep pattern.  You can get out of the habit of sleeping those hours if you force yourself to stay up for a night and a day, and then you'll pretty much pass out.  

    But no, your sleep schedule is fine. I wouldn't worry too much about it.

  17. thats whats happening to me! if you goto bed early and read a book and listen to soft music you might be able to wake up earlier but yeh i dont think any things weird about it!

  18. i'm having that problem right now because of stress so if u r stressed talk to someone u can't have this sleep pattern when u go back to school

  22. yeah, i'd just say that your sleep pattern is off and you need to fix it by eiter going to bed WAY early, or stay up alll night long until likke 3 in the afternoon and be sudre you'll be able to sleep though the night or till at least 5 or 6 in the morning

    youre body got used to staying up late and sleeping in late!

    if you want to change this, go to sleep when you can, and set your alarm early. then the nex night you willl want to go to sleep earlier.

    its a good idea to do this like the week before you start school so that you wont be exhausted!
