Is this wetsuit good for March through October bodyboarding?

Is this wetsuit good for March through October bodyboarding? It says 3mm... whats that mean? lol I am new to this stuff:

first its not a body bording suit its for tropical scuba diving so its not designed to be constantly rubbing on a board you will find it wears out faster than a surfing/body boarding specific one will. next 3mm is the thickness of the neopren the normal range is 3mm,5mm,7mm,10mm,15mm so your at the lowest end. as for which one you want that all depends on how your body copes with the cold. i would go for at least a 5mm.
