I'm skeptical because we' got the WMD scare from George Bush once before, or perhaps what's pictured in the article belonged to Saddam.

That was buried 12 years ago.  Doesn't that put it in the time frame when Saddam said he had quit his nuke program?  Still, if he had it buried he must have been thinking of maybe restarting?
