  1. No, the reason for high crime rates is greedy people to lazy to work for what they get. Liberals created  massive welfare programs which have a drug like dependence for all who won't work making a part of our society totally without dignity and criminals who seek to live a parasite type life off of others. Education doesn't replace a criminal mentality or personality.

  2. There are no simple answers.

Lack of education is a factor, because the less education you have, the less your ability to logically think through a situation.  You're less likely to have continuous employment, which means you'll find yourself in tough spots more frequently and many crimes are crimes of desperation.

    But there are other factors.

America's love of the gun means 30,000 deaths per year - that's a 9/11 every month, and nobody even seems bothered by that.

America's "winner-take-all" form of capitalism is vicious if you're not the winner.  That encourages some people to do anything to win, even if it means breaking the law.

Your systemic racism makes it easier to objectify minority groups and target them for crimes.

And when your leaders (notably George Bush) commit crimes on a world-wide scale, it gives implicit permission for the "little people" to commit crimes as well.

  3. No. In my opinion, it's because criminals are too lazy or too stupid to pass in school and get a real job, no matter how much money is put into education. Therefore, they feel the need to rob banks and become contract killers because they feel it's their only "skill."
