Is this why Ramadan does not make me hungry??

The fact that I only have maximum half a glass of water a day? Everyone in my other question said how they are thirsty.

Ur probably not in a hot country. You should try having more water to keep you well hydrated. (Maybe that's why u are more tired sis, cus ur dehydrated)

btw did u realise what faraz just called u?!

also i dont like plain water, i add vimto or robinsons!

Cause U are living in a Cooler Part of the world And u do not feel thristy !

Probably as your body is used to it more. But half a glass of water per day is actually not healthy at all. Your kidneys need more than that on a usual basis. Add fruits, herbal tea, soups, etc for iftar.

Also, it depends on the level of activity of a person as well. It is quite hot outside where I live so if someone was driving or walking out alot then the heat would definitely get to them more.

ADD ON: drink juice, have soup, have fruits, herbal teas, just pay attention to the level of sugar and salt in these mixes. It all has to add up to 8glasses per day (caffeinated drinks don't count).

This is what I'm doing: I got the kool-aid singles and mix a small pinch with my water. Not too much to taste like kool-aid but enough to add a bit of flavor. Just make sure to get the drink single mixes with sugar instead of the fake sugars (aspertame, sucralose, etc).

Move to Saudi Arabia or another hot country , the Kafoors will thank you for leaving their country and not being a burden to the state by claiming as much benefit as you can , for you and your 20 children.

Only problem is you will be stoned to death for talking out of turn--its Allahs way.
