Yeah, tragically just one of the many grave problems with this absurd "War on Drugs" that we face in the US is that the purity of street-grade cocaine and and Shed. I agent is so dubious that it's an utter public health hazard.  Ideally, this absurd (tax revenue) driven war that hasn't produced any good for society should be abruptly done away with.  All agents, ALL, including Alcohol, Tobacco and every single DEA controlled substance should be available to purchase by those of the proper age (ideally over 18 or 21 years) should be available for purchase at the local pharmacy on a caveat emptor basis.  The medical community would be much better off by not having to weed out drug seekers from the patient whom we really need to treat for underlying chronic pain issues and such and thus we wouldn't constantly face fear of persecution from regulatory bodies.
